Refund and Return Policy

Welcome to BUUTA’s refund and return policy – designed to keep your shopping with eco bottles and hydration kits simple and transparent.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully – it explains when returns are accepted and when they are not.

Digital products

All digital products (eBooks, PDF guides, hydration trackers, recipe booklets, downloads) are non-refundable.
Once purchased and delivered digitally, they cannot be returned or refunded.

Bottles and physical items

If you purchased a physical product (bottles, hydration accessories), you have the right to return it within 14 calendar days from the day you received it.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • It must be returned in the original packaging.
  • A proof of purchase (order confirmation) is required.

Shipping costs

Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
  • If rejected (e.g., the item is not in its original condition or shows signs of use), no refund will be issued.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us by email first before sending it back.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
