Drinking Water FAQ – Hydration & Wellness Habits

These drinking water FAQs are here to support you – based on real-life habits and my eBook. You don’t need to be perfect, just supported.

Not necessarily. You need to find your own rhythm. 2–3 liters is just a general guideline – but your hydration needs depend on your body, movement, diet, environment, and even stress levels. That’s why I don’t push strict rules.

In my eBook, I explain how to notice what your body needs and how hydration actually works. And with my printable tracker, you can gently stay consistent without counting every sip.

Absolutely. That’s exactly why I created natural infusion recipes – to help water taste better without sugar or artificial stuff.

My eBook includes simple combinations with fruits and herbs to make your water naturally enjoyable.

And if you’re looking for something with more function – like natural electrolytes – I also offer a separate summer recipe bundle with 15 functional mixes.

You don’t need to quit – coffee and tea do count toward your daily fluid intake.

Research shows that moderate amounts of caffeinated drinks don’t dehydrate you. However, drinking only coffee or tea isn’t the same as giving your body clean, pure water.

It also matters how you drink them:

If your coffee or tea includes sugar, syrups, or sweetened milk, it can trigger more cravings and affect hydration differently.

Use them as part of your rhythm – not a replacement for real water.

It can – for many people it does.

Often, when we crave sweets or feel puffy, the real issue is dehydration. Drinking more water, especially with natural minerals, helps your body self-regulate.

You’re not the only one. That’s why I don’t believe in strict rules – just small tools.

The printable tracker makes it visible, and the infused flavors make it enjoyable. When it feels good, you don’t forget as often.

Technically, you can use any bottle. But not all bottles are created equal.

Cheap plastic can leach chemicals, especially when exposed to heat or reused often – and it often leaves a taste that makes you not want to drink more water.

That’s why I recommend glass or stainless steel bottles – they’re cleaner, safer, and simply feel better in your hand.

The eco bottles I offer are minimal, high-quality, and designed to make water feel like a treat, not a chore.

No. This is about support, not restriction.

Better hydration can influence hunger, digestion, and energy – but it’s not about control. It’s about feeling good in your body.

This isn’t medical advice or treatment.

I share wellness-based tools to support everyday hydration – not to diagnose or cure.

Always speak to your doctor if you have medical concerns.
